DATE STAMPED PHOTOS

A helpful reminder on photos. New HUD regulations require photos on all property inspections. To avoid processing delays, please ensure that quality, date-stamped photos are provided at the time your inspection results are submitted. The date stamp on the photos must match the actual date the inspection was completed. Follow the photo instructions. Comments to support conditions are always helpful.
